7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:
To begin a return, please contact us at support@theperfumeqatar.com. Returns should be sent to the following address in Doha, Qatar.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item first, then place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue an immediate cash refund at the time of return.
